1. Obtain your logo or image in a Black & White JPG file format. Clear camera-ready type artwork works best. Actual photographs do not engrave well. We also have various stock images to choose from including a moose, cabin, and cranberries. Contact us for additional options.

2. After placing your order with your salesperson, email your image (size under 1MB) to thefactory@hatcreekcandle.com. Please do not fax or mail printed copies of your images. If we can work with the image you send us, there will be no set-up fee. If we are not able to work with your image, we will ask you for another image or give you the option of having our art department work with the image for an additional fee.

3. Once the artwork is approved, we will create a sample lid (or keychain) and send it to you for approval before filling your order.
